Many times in our lives, we feel depressed, full of sadness, drained, confused, experiencing illness and trauma, or feeling pain.
When this happens, it usually means there is a block in us mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This can disrupt our everyday life in many ways. Determining what this is is called shadow work – we turn inward into the shadows of ourselves to understand our energy, blocks, pain, and sorrow.
Most often, we feel we are too busy, too afraid, or just avoiding exploring the shadows – This is where I come in. Using Shamanic healing, I work in partnership with your energy and Spirit to understand the blocks disrupting your energy. I meet you in the shadows, walk beside you and identify the roots of the blocks causing you discomfort. Most likely, these “blocks” can be physical, emotional stress, mental stress, and spiritual stress. My goal is to work WITH you so that you understand how to heal yourself and build self-power.
What can you expect in a session?
Shamanic healing is done in combination with craniosacral therapy.
Before the session, we will discuss your goals and intentions for the session and any questions you may have.
You will lay on a massage table while I use craniosacral therapy and, possibly, crystals, drumming, sage, and aromatherapy.
Using shamanic healing, craniosacral, your energy, and your connection with Spirit, I locate imbalances and their roots. Using craniosacral, I work to encourage movement and balance.
I encourage speaking throughout the session, as talking about your discomfort can promote a release of stagnation.
Many people experience emotion while on the table, and I want you to know you’re in a safe place to have that experience.
Shamanic healing will be perfect for you if you are experiencing the “Lost” or “Numb to life” feeling. If you are experiencing or have experienced trauma or a life shift and are unsure of where you need to be, shamanic healing would be beneficial for you. Shamanic healing creates or reestablishes the connection with the self and the energy around you to help you move forward.
Just like the times that bring happiness and laughter, the challenging moments are also essential because they bring understanding, strength, healing, and transformation.
